Rob asks the Deputy PM about the Aylesbury Spur

Today in PMQs I asked Deputy PM Oliver Dowden to give the green light to the Aylesbury Spur of East West Rail. I was pleased to hear work is being carried out by Department for Transport, Network Rail and East West Rail on a cheaper proposal. We need spades in the ground & passengers on the trains!
