Rob asks minister about the UK's Continuous At Sea Deterrent

Following my visit to HM Naval Base Clyde I was glad to have the opportunity at the UK House of Commons to praise the remarkable submariners protecting our nation. I was also pleased to hear Ministry of Defence Minister James Heappey MP reiterate the UK's firm commitment to the Continuous At Sea Deterrent.
