Whether dealing with motorway pile ups or searching for dangerous drivers, officers in Thames Valley Police's Roads Policing team are crucial in keeping our roads and communities safe. On Friday evening I saw this work first-hand when I joined Police Constables from the Roads Policing Team on their late shift. It was good to spend time with officers on the ground and gain more of an understanding of the demands and challenges they face on a daily basis. I was incredibly impressed by what I saw.
