Speaking in the Third Reading debate on the Media Bill, Rob said
"We're lucky to have superb public service broadcasters: BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5. All face challenges from global streaming firms, so we need to ensure they're prominent on our TVs. The Media Bill will achieve this, but Ofcom must follow through robustly."
