It was lovely to see the floral displays and chat to the rector at All Saints' Church in Buckland, in celebration of its 750th anniversary.
The present Church, which developed from the site of an Anglo-Saxon chapel, was established in 1272 and features a restored 13th-century font and some beautiful stained glass.
Local residents have spent many hours designing these wonderful flower arrangements for their church, which holds a special place in the community.
