Rob visits Bahrain with the Armed Forces Parliamentary Scheme

With the Armed Forces Parliamentary Scheme, I spent the weekend visiting the UK Maritime Component Command in Bahrain. The visit couldn't have been more timely, with the current crises in Israel/Gaza & the Red Sea. Hugely impressed by the work being done by Royal Navy in the region

Mine countermeasures work is carried out by HMS Chiddingfold, whose crew demonstrated the skills they deploy daily to help keep vital seaways open. This is essential to ensure that oil, gas & many other goods can get to our homes, garages & shops here in Aylesbury. #OpKIPION
