With ever greater threats facing the UK, the Armed Forces Parliamentary Scheme has never been more important. We've just had an excellent visit Royal Naval Air Station Yeovilton to learn about naval aviation and meet some of the amazing Royal Navy and Army Air Corps personnel keeping us safe.
In addition to operational squadrons, the base is home to training facilities including for Underwater Escape. Air traffic Control and Met services are also key. I was impressed and inspired by all the dedicated staff and crews.
