Rob asks the Health Secretary on Buckinghamshire's move into Tier 3

Rob Butler MP following the decision to move Buckinghamshire into Tier 3, today spoke in the House of Commons to the Health Secretary, Matt Hancock, on the importance of financial support for local firms and asked for a commitment to getting local supplies of the Covid vaccine.
