I was delighted to attend the official reopening of Bledlow Household Recycling Centre this morning with Buckinghamshire Council Deputy Chairman Tricia Birchley, Cllr Gareth Williams, Cabinet Member for the Environment and the Ridgeway West Conservative Team Cllrs Shade Adoh, Robert Carington and Carl Etholen.
Many local residents have contacted me to say what an essential service was provided by the HRC and its reopening follows a long-running campaign by local Conservatives. I would like to pay special tribute to the late Cllr Bill Bendyshe-Brown for his tireless campaigning.
