I want every child in the Aylesbury area to have a brilliant start in life, and that means providing the right support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disbailities (SEND). This afternoon I spoke in a debate in the Commons about increasing funding for SEND. I highlighted the excellent work of local specialist schools including Booker Park, Chiltern Way Academy, Pebble Brook and the PACE Centre, as well as the valuable support provided by the GRASPS group. I underlined the need for the government to ensure the right facilities and funding are available to give every child the opportunity to live a full and rewarding life.
