I was delighted to be invited to speak at the launch of the Bucks Skills and Employment Strategy this afternoon. Bringing together Buckinghamshire Council, employers, colleges and Department for Work and Pensions, its action plan includes skills bootcamps, job fairs and a focus on apprenticeships. This was also a great opportunity to see some of the excellent courses at Buckinghamshire College Group's Aylesbury campus, ranging from plumbing to computer game design.
