I had a brilliant time meeting Year 6 pupils St Mary’s Church of England School today. We talked about how MPs represent their community in the House of Commons, and then discussed everything from mobile phones in schools to vapes; local roads to the harm caused by HS2; the price of food to the size of the navy. Amazing questions and it was great to see such interest. Definitely a few budding politicians here!
